• Jaya provided an update on patients receiving home/street visits once/month. She currently has ~ 8 patients she follows (this changes due to loss to follow-up, moving in and out of the area, and/or incarceration). She reports that a patient previously receiving home visits has returned to clinic, is back on HIV meds, and doing well. 
• Review of policies and procedures has been put on hold due to an increase in the amount of time she needs to be in clinic.  
• Discussed possible training topics for their provider meeting in the Spring. She will discuss this with Dr. Guhn.
