Now in its sixth year, the Medical Case Manager Training Series equips participants with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills essential for effective HIV Medical Case Management. Designed to specifically address the challenges and barriers found by medical case managers, the series covers a wide range of presentation topics, case-based scenarios, and interactive discussions to enhance comprehensive care management.
This year’s program places a special emphasis on practical, real-world strategies that empower medical case managers to better support people living with HIV, strengthen care coordination, and improve health outcomes.
