The HIV/AIDS Nursing Certification Board (HANCB) and the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care (ANAC) offer certification as an HIV/AIDS Certified Registered Nurse (ACRN) or Advanced HIV/AIDS Certified Registered Nurse (AACRN). The New England AIDS Education and Training Center (NEAETC) offers opportunities for nurses who are completing the required modules of the National HIV Curriculum to participate in study group meetings to discuss content and ask clinical questions.
Learning Objectives:
- Discuss content of modules and provide an opportunity for applicants to ask clarifying questions.
- Review quiz questions and answers following each module and discuss the rationale for the correct answer.
- Apply information from curriculum to cases shared by participants and/or facilitator.
