Title: Understanding the Role of Drug-Drug Interactions in HIV Care
Brief Description:
This presentation will review concepts related to drug interactions in HIV care. Basic terminology and potential impacts of interactions will be reviewed. There will be a discussion of the major drug class interactions with antiretroviral therapy. Participants will be introduced to HIV specific online resources with a demonstration of the use of such a resource.

Brief Description:
Case Presentation and Discussion
Kristen Bragg, RN will review a scenario of a recent patient with Aspergillosis and will lead a discussion about this infection.
Series Learning Outcome
At the conclusion of this learning activity, (at least 75% of) participants will be able to apply new knowledge related to HIV to enhance their nursing practice caring for people with, or at risk of HIV infection.
