Title:

 HIV PEP

Brief Overview:

HIV post-exposure prophylaxis, or PEP, means taking medicine to prevent HIV after a possible exposure. The sooner PEP is started, the better (within 72 hours). Every hour counts. PEP is for emergency situations, given after a possible exposure to HIV, and is highly effective in preventing HIV.
