The meeting covered topics such as operational status and the facilitation of a speaking engagement set to occur in late July
6/2/22: Jennifer Belfry, FNP-BC, provided a consultation/coordinated with Dan McGuire and Chris Barnes, of the Providence Community Health Centers IT division. Barnes and McGuire are IT workers currently employed at PCHC, and Belfry met with them to review the HIV testing data collected in 2021 and to discuss future projections and strategies based on the trends.
6/7/22 Jennifer Belfry, FNP-BC spoke with Jennifer Etue, LICSW, of the Providence Community Health Centers, over the phone. Etue is a social worker currently employed by PCHC as a part of their integrated behavioral health department. Belfry and Etue had an extended phone interaction regarding the sexual health template and strategies of care for trans patients at PCHC.
6/16/22 Jennifer Belfry met with Jennifer Etue, LICSW, and Beth Toolan, MD, of the PCHC. Dr. Toolan is a pediatric physician currently employed at PCHC, and Belfry met with both her and Etue to discuss the sexual health template and optimum implementation strategies.
6/16/22 Jennifer Belfry held a PrEP meeting with the medical director of PCHC, Nadine Hewamudalige, MD, and the directors of the PCHC's Express clinic, Cesar Mora, MD, and Katherine Williams, MD. Belfry held this meeting to discuss ongoing operations, successes, and shortcomings of prescribing PrEP at PCHC as a means of HIV prevention.
