Consumer Scholarships
NEAETC offers a limited number of scholarships to cover the cost of attendance for people with HIV. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, the application form is available under "materials" on this page. Instructions for submitting the scholarship are on the application form. Scholarship applications are due August 15th, and awardees will be notified no later than August 19th. Any scholarship questions can be emailed to Amanda Hart: ahart@accesshealthma.org.
COVID-19 Precautions
This event will be taking place in the Rooftop Ballroom at the Omni Parker House hotel. NEAETC will be capping participation at 100 to allow for moderate social-distancing. Masks will be required for all participants, exhibitors, and staff except when eating, regardless of vaccination status.
