The Connecticut Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Symposium is a gathering of healthcare providers and professionals who provide SUD prevention and treatment services to clients and patients, including people with or at risk for HIV.
Please be aware the symposium is In-Person Only and will take place at High Watch Recovery Center, located at 62 Carter Rd, Kent, CT 06757.
This amazing 4-hour event consists of three CME-Accredited presentations, networking opportunities, a free lunch provided by High Watch Recovery Center, and the chance to interact with our subject-matter expert presenters.
The event will take place on July 18th, 2025, with registration beginning at 10:30 am and the first presentation at 11 am. The event is scheduled to conclude around 3 PM.
Presentation topics include the following:
- Understanding and Supporting the Stages of Wellness and Recovery
- An Introduction and Reacquaintance of the 12-Step Program
- Multiple Pathways of Wellness and Recovery
This event is open to the public and will be In-Person Only. There is no virtual attendance option.
