In this Part 2 of a series for PCPs and Support Staff in Primary Care, the speakers looked at Integrated Models of HCV Care Delivery by describing the process of care and patient outcomes of current HCV testing and treatment practice among young injection drug users (YIDU). They explained the initiatives utilized to support PCPs in the treatment and care of HCV in individuals living with SUD and/or PWID and described a model of integration and collaboration of HCV treatment services with OUD services.
