Overview of understanding how clinics have implemented food in clinics for patients and particularly in relation to the roll-out of SDoH screener in our clinics
Food and nutrition security is a critical social determinant of health that hinders or facilitates a patient’s ability to access and receive quality health care and impacts health outcomes. We will discuss one food is medicine strategy, shelf stable food bags, and other strategies used in DH clinics to support our patients who may be experiencing food insecurity.
