This presentation will cover the morbidity of anal HPV and anal dysplasia, focusing on the effect on the HIV positive population. Anal dysplasia screening and treatment through high resolution anoscopy techniques will be reviewed, highlighting some challenges inherent in the use of the procedure to prevent anal cancer, focusing on unanswered questions and future research.
