Educational Objectives • Review recent advancements in the treatment, management and prevention of HIV disease. • Review new antiretroviral medications recently approved, including single pill combinations. • Discuss new and emerging strategies for treating HIV infection including two drug regimens and long-acting agents. • Develop appropriate treatment regimens and management strategies for managing older patients with HIV taking into account the effects of aging and co-morbid conditions.
