We are a network of HIV specialists and primary care clinicians who provide collegial support and expertise to one another, enhancing and advancing care for persons with HIV disease in their communities.
Participants are invited to bring cases from their own practices for discussion.
At the completion of this program participants should be able to:
- Describe HPV epidemiology as it relates to HIV infection
- Describe how HPV pathogenesis/clinical presentation differs in HIV-infected persons
- Describe how to perform a screening anal Pap smear, and how abnormal Pap smears are managed

Nurses: Under the auspices of the New England AIDS Education & Training Center, this offering meets the requirements for a maximum of 1.2 contact hours, as specified by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing (244-CMR 5.04). Each nurse should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
